Tech support made simple!
Are you a WildWebDesigner.com client?

A new option for our clients to get tech support has been installed. As with most things WordPress, “there is a plugin for that”, definitely applies.
My clients have always been able to just send me an email, or call, for tech support, but, this will save them some time. I have to say that most of the time if one of my clients needs help, it is for me to do a theme modification, a color change, or something of that nature, but this plugin will make it easier no matter what they need.
So, from now on, when I build a site for someone, this tech support plugin will be installed. I have been asked why, let me paint a picture here, you are in the middle of writing an article, and need a new category, but for some reason, you have forgotten how to do this, now, just go to the dashboard, fill out the quick form, then hit “submit report”, let me know what the problem is, and save the draft, done. Then, once I get the email, I will add the category and publish it for you, simple.
That example was over simplified, but whatever the issue, you can send a tech support report and not have to look for my email address or phone number.
