Payment Policy

After agreeing on the work to be done, a Non-Refundable Deposit of 50% is required, and the balance is due upon completion of the agreed work.

This is the general policy, read below for more details depending on your situation.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind, before payment and work begins, please let us know and we will work out the details. Once payment has been received and work has begun, the deposit is not Refundable.

If you decide to transfer your domain and hosting once the work is completed and the balance has been paid, you may do so at any time, and whatever time is remaining on the registration will transfer with you, however, if we are hosting the domain, there is no refund for this service, as this is part of a package for building the site, and as such is a benefit of that package.

Domain name registration

If you need a new domain name to be registered, and need to check availability, follow this link CLICK HERE TO CHECK. Then fill out the form, if it tells you the domain is available, then great , if it is not available, keep looking, but DO NOT REGISTER, if you do, then you must pay them and their rates will apply for hosting. If you wish to have your own hosting plan, that is fine, Hostmonster is a wonderful host, but if you are getting an Installation Package, hosting is already included, and is cheaper from us. Just let me know the desired domain name, and I will register it for you, and yes, it is YOUR DOMAIN and if you wish to transfer it at a later date, you may do so.

Annual Domain Registration Renewals

If we are hosting the domain, there is no additional fee for registration, as this is part of a package for building the site, and as such is a benefit of that package, and is included in the hosting renewal fee already agreed upon.

Work done on our Host

This is the preferred option and the most affordable for you. Once we have agreed on the work to be done and the amount to be paid, there is a Deposit of 50% required, before the work will begin. If you already have a registered domain, we will have to have that unlocked so that it can be transferred. If there is a website, already on another host, you should download, backup, and gather all available data, that is your responsibility as we have no control over the previous host. Once all of this has been done, we can begin the project.

The Terms of  payment are 50% down and the balance upon completion except for orders of $150 or less, these must be paid in full before any work is done. In this agreement, all parties involved will discuss the work to be done and decide on things like colors, artwork, photos, and text to be placed on the website pages, before payment is made. Upon Completion of the agreed work, WildWebDesigner.com will send an email with a PayPal link or an invoice through Google Checkout and payment is to be made upon receipt of this email or invoice. Please note that this work and the contents of the website are property of WildWebDesigner.com until the balance is paid in full. There are no refunds, Cancelling will result in a loss of the Deposit, and work done may be removed.

Work done on your Host

Before any payments are to be made, the purchaser must Register and activate their Domain and account with the Web Host and then once Registration is complete, forward this info, including password so that we can access the Server. (MAKE SURE YOU USE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD). The Terms of  payment are 50% down and the balance upon completion except for orders of $150 or less, these must be paid in full before any work is done.
